1. No Refunds After Charge

Akhtar does not provide refunds for any completed charge, including:

• the first subscription charge that occurs after the free trial ends
• any renewal charge
• partial billing periods
• unused time
• failure to cancel before renewal
• dissatisfaction after purchase
• accidental or forgotten subscription renewals

2. Free Trial Responsibility

It is your responsibility to cancel before the end of the one-week free trial if you do not want to be charged.

If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and the charge will be final and non-refundable.

3. Renewals

All renewal charges are final. No refund will be issued for any renewal payment once it has been processed.

4. Immediate Rejection of Refund Requests

Any request for a refund of:

• the first paid charge after the free trial
• any renewal payment

will be rejected immediately in accordance with this Refund Policy.

5. Exceptional Cases

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. If a refund is required by law in a specific case, we will comply only to the extent legally required.

6. Subscription Management

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the platform or payment method used to subscribe, subject to the billing system applicable to your purchase.

Canceling stops future renewals but does not create a refund for charges already processed.
