You must be at least 18 years old to use Akhtar. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

Akhtar provides astrology-based, AI-assisted, symbolic, reflective, and personalized digital experiences. Content and outputs are provided for informational, reflective, and entertainment purposes only.

Akhtar does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice. You should not rely on Akhtar as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for:

• providing accurate information
• keeping your credentials secure
• all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service or other users.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of Akhtar are offered through a paid subscription. By starting a subscription or free trial, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees when your trial ends and on each renewal date unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

Prices, billing periods, and trial terms may be displayed at checkout or within the app.

5. Free Trial

Akhtar may offer a one-week free trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and the applicable fee will be charged using your selected payment method.

It is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial if you do not wish to be charged.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Akhtar does not provide refunds for:

• first-time charges after a free trial converts
• subscription renewals
• partial billing periods
• unused time
• accidental non-use
• dissatisfaction after a charge is completed

Any refund request for a first-time charge after the free trial or for any renewal charge will be rejected in accordance with the Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use Akhtar for unlawful purposes
• misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the platform
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or exploit the service
• upload malicious code or harmful content
• impersonate others
• violate intellectual property rights
• use the service in a way that harms other users or our systems

8. User Content

You may submit content such as messages, questions, journal entries, symbolic inputs, and other materials. You retain your rights in your content, but you grant Akhtar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, reproduce, and use that content as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and provide the service.

You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights necessary to provide it.

9. Intellectual Property

Akhtar, including its software, branding, interface, visuals, design, text, features, and service structure, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the service without prior written permission.

10. AI and Generated Output

Outputs generated by Akhtar may be influenced by automated systems and AI models. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate in some cases.

You agree that:

• outputs are provided as-is
• you will use your own judgment
• you will not treat outputs as professional advice
• you are responsible for decisions made based on the service

11. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Akhtar at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

• you violate these Terms
• you misuse the service
• we are required to do so for legal, security, or operational reasons

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred.

13. Disclaimers

Akhtar is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akhtar and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business arising from or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Akhtar in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Akhtar and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

• your use of the service
• your content
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of any law or third-party rights
